Founder of Shenzhen Sunline Tech Co., Ltd. He served as the Chairman and General Manager since the establishment of the Company. In 2014, Mr. Wang resigned as the General Manager and continues to serve as the Chairman of the Board. Prior to founding the Company, Mr. Wang has successively worked in No.41 Research Institute of Mechanical and Electronic Department, Shenzhen Neptunus Group, Shenzhen Oaking Information Technology Co.
In 2017, Mr. Wang was awarded the title of ’the Information Technology Service Industry in China - Figure of the Year. He is currently the director of China Software Industry Association, vice president of Shenzhen Federation of Industry and Commerce (Chamber of Commerce), and vice president of Shenzhen Software Industry Association.
Joined Shenzhen Sunline Tech Co., Ltd. in October 2013, and served as the General Manager of the Company since March, 2014. Mr. Li was the Executive Director of Shenzhen Sunline Core Banking Technology Co., Ltd. Since December 2019, Mr. Li served as a director of Shenzhen Sunline Tech Co., Ltd.
Mr. Li has a Postgraduate Degree from Fudan University in Shanghai. From 1993 to 2003, he successively served as Deputy General Manager, Director of Technical Committee and General Manager of Financial Business Department of Lenovo Group. From 2004 to 2006. He worked as the General Manager in Lenovo Asiainfo Technology Co., Ltd. From 2007 to 2013, and was the General Manager of Greater China Region of Financial Services Group of Fidelity National Information Services, Inc.
The Director and Deputy General Manager of Shenzhen Sunline Tech Co., Ltd, joined in the Company in 2003. Mr. Wei served as the Director and Deputy General Manager of the Company since August 2010. Successively, Mr. Wei served as the Executive Director of Shenzhen Sunline ITFIN Co., Ltd. and the General Manager of Shenzhen Sunline Core Banking Technology Co., Ltd.
Prior to the Company, Mr. Wei worked in Guangzhou Zhanneng Computer Technology Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Oaking Information Technology Co., Ltd.
Joined Shenzhen Sunline Tech Co., Ltd. in 2003. Since August 2010, Mr. Zheng served as the Director and Marketing Director of Shenzhen Sunline Tech Co., Ltd., as well as the Regional Sales Director of South China since February 2020.
Mr. Zheng used to work in Guangzhou Yuntong Technology Co., Ltd., and Hong Kong New Oriental Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Oaking Information Technology Co., Ltd.
Joined Shenzhen Sunline Tech Co., Ltd. in 2003, served as the Director of the Company since August 2010. Mr. Zhao successively served as the CFO of Shenzhen Sunline Tech Co., Ltd since December 2019.
Prior to the Company, Mr. Zhao was worked in Changsha Sanjin Electronics Co., Ltd.
Secretary of the Board of Shenzhen Sunline Tech Co., Ltd. Miss Xu joined Shenzhen Sunline Tech Co., Ltd. in June 2005 and successively served as Financial Manager and CFO. From August 2010 to October 2016, Miss Xu served as Secretary to the Board of Directors of the Company. Since 2016, Miss Xu served as Vice President and Secretary to the Board of Directors of the Company. Successively, Miss Xu worked as the Director of Sunline Holdings (HK) Limited, Sunline Prosticks Financial Solutions Limited, Ltd., as well as Comet Wave Consulting PTE. Ltd.
Served as the Independent Director of Shenzhen Sunline Tech Co., Ltd. since December 2022.
Miss Zhao graduated from Renmin University of China. From 1993 to 2010, she served as assistant manager of Peking University Press, lawyer/partner of Beijing Ruidu Law Firm, and assistant of international office of Worcester Polytechnic Institute, etc. From 2011 to present, Miss Zhao has served as Director of student/teaching affairs of MBA Education Center of Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management, Assistant Director of psychology department of School of Social Sciences, Senior Director of Wudaokou School of Finance, and Assistant Director of Global Securities Market Research Institute of School of Economics and Management.
Served as the Independent Director of Shenzhen Sunline Tech Co., Ltd. since December 2022.
Mr. Zhang graduated from Xi'an Jiaotong University. From March 1989 to June 2003, he was the professor at the School of Finance and Accounting of Shaanxi University of Finance and Economics and director of accounting department and postgraduate supervisor at the School of Accounting of Xi'an Jiaotong University. From June 2003 to October 2021, Mr. Zhang served as Deputy Director, Professor and Graduate Advisor of the Institute of Finance, Taxation and Financial Law, Director of the Research Center for Forensic Accounting, and Professor of the Department of Financial Accounting in the School of Business at China University of Political Science and Law. Mr. Zhang retired in October 2021 and served as the Director of the Legal Accounting Research Center of China University of Political Science and Law. Since May 2017, Mr. Zhang served as an Independent Director of Baoying Fund Management Co., Ltd., Chang'an Bank Co., Ltd. and ACM Research (Shanghai) Inc. respectively.

Mr. Zhao received a Doctor's Degree from Renmin University of China. From 1987 to 2020, he served as an Associate Professor and Director of Finance, Professor and Director of International Exchange Department, Professor and Vice President of Finance College respectively. Since 2020, Mr. Zhao served as the Co-president of China Capital Market Research Institute as well as the Co-Director of the Institute of Inclusive Finance in Renmin University of China, Secretary General of National Education Instruction Committee in Master of Finance. He is also the Independent Director of China Foreign Trade Financial Leasing Co. Ltd. and FAW Capital Holding Co., Ltd., the Supervisor of China Construction Bank Co., Ltd. and Huaxia Bank Co., Ltd.
